Refund & Cancellation Policy – Origin Hotels
At Origin Hotels, we strive to offer transparent, fair, and guest-friendly booking policies.
The following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations made through
originhotels.in, our reservation desk, third-party platforms, or walk-ins.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled check-in date
are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur
a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s room tariff.

No-show bookings (guest fails to check-in without prior notice)
will be charged the full reservation amount.

Bookings made under special rates, promotions, festival packages, or last-minute deals
may carry a non-refundable policy.
2. Refund Eligibility & Processing

Refunds will be issued only to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.

Once approved, refund processing may take 7–10 working days,
depending on the bank or payment gateway.

Payment gateway fees, convenience fees, and applicable taxes are non-refundable.

For reservations made through travel portals (OTA), refunds must be processed
directly through the respective platform.
3. Reservation Modifications

Date changes or booking modifications are subject to room availability and
the applicable tariff on the new dates.

Modifications requested within 48 hours of check-in may attract additional charges.

If the modified booking value is higher, the difference must be paid at the time of modification.
4. Early Departure / Shortened Stay

If a guest checks out earlier than the confirmed departure date, the remaining nights are non-refundable.

Exceptions may be considered only in genuine emergencies, supported by valid documentation.
5. Group & Corporate Bookings

Reservations of 3 or more rooms require a minimum of
7 days’ prior notice for cancellation.

Cancellations made within 7 days may incur a fee between 50% – 100%
of the total booking amount, depending on the season and occupancy.

Corporate bookings are governed by the terms specified in the corporate agreement.
6. Force Majeure Policy
Origin Hotels shall not be held liable for cancellations arising from circumstances
beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest,
government restrictions, pandemic situations, or any unforeseen emergencies.
In such cases, we may offer a date change or credit voucher based on availability.
